I am a business litigation attorney with over 13 years of active legal experience, specializing in defending energy and petroleum product distributors in Puerto Rico. My practice also includes representing clients in business disputes involving commercial transactions, breach of contract, franchising and distribution, antitrust, product liability, class actions, employment matters, and shareholder rights.
I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. There, I served as Associate Director and Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance also from the University of Puerto Rico.
I am admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. I am fully fluent in Spanish and English.
