Rose N Marín del Río

With over a decade of experience in public service and a solid background in regulatory and administrative processes, Rose N Marín brings a comprehensive and results-driven approach to the practice of law. Prior to entering the legal profession, she served for more than ten years in the tourism transportation permits division of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and later as an Examiner Officer at the Puerto Rico Office of Transportation and Other Public Services. These roles afforded her a robust understanding of government procedures and compliance, which continues to shape her legal work.

Admitted to the practice of law and the notarial profession in Puerto Rico in 2021, she concentrates her practice primarily on appellate litigation, representing clients before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. She also possesses experience in matters before the Court of First Instance, particularly in cases involving probate, real estate, and mortgage foreclosure. Her legal training is further enriched by formal studies in conflict mediation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA. In recognition of her academic excellence, she was awarded the Faculty Grand Prize by the UPR Law School and honored by the Puerto Rico Bar Association as the highest-ranking graduate of her class.
