Biography
Jose E. Santiago, Esq., has experience dealing with military family law, jurisdictional issues regarding interstate removal of children, Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act claims, Validating and Executing Custody Decrees from any State of the United States, and managing jurisdictional issues when more than one State claims jurisdiction to decree a custody or visitation rights judgment.
In 2018 he wrote and offers the legal educational course of Interstate Conflicts between States. The course has been offered on the Annual Convention of the Puerto Rican Bar Association since then, also been a regular course offer by that institution.
