I was recommended this attorney in Puerto Rico as my husband was born there and was under the name of Juan and it didn’t match his documents in the US. He came here as a child and it was changed to John, I believe because Juan is John in English. Both his parent’s are deceased so he couldn’t find a b...irth certificate. I reached out to Attorney Guzman, and he obtained the birth certificate within a week once he got the paperwork. We need to have his name changed to John legally in Puerto Rico. He said it would take 6 months to year. The fees were unbelievably reasonable. On line fees are so much more, you’re sending personal info to a website that could be fraudulent. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using him.
