Incredibly gifted

When I first reached out to Grant Puleo, I knew I was contacting an expert in the area of real estate law and compliance. When I had the opportunity to meet his team, it was a group of very intelligent, incredibly exper...ienced, and, I am not kidding you, highly empathetic attorneys. This is a firm that was clearly committed to taking me to where I needed to go via the most efficient and direct path possible. They explained risk and reward in every situation and lobbied not for what was best for them, but for what they felt was best for me. The communication was at the highest level imaginable, and they delivered an effective result for me, wrapping up a 33 month old case in less than two months. I remain both impressed and grateful.

great real estate lawyer

Grant has helped me in many real estate matters during the last 6-7 years. I have worked with many real estate attorneys and Grant is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I used him a lot on my commercial real estate contracts and he kept me out of trouble.
