She has a full case load and keeps it all front of mind, so you know she is in touch with your case. Every statement she made was backed up by fact, including her assessment of opposing attorney. If you want a professional who will take you to the finish line with integrity, Lynette is for you. No games. No ridiculous positioning. Just the facts and the law.

I'm so happy with Lynette Philip, she felt empathy for my case and worked so hard to get me all I asked for in the divorce. I was even surprised to get my bill after this whole ordeal, I expected to pay double what my now ex-husband paid for his attorney and was rather nervous about the amount but wh...en I received the final bill I couldn't believe I was going to pay half what my ex-husband paid. I received far better legal advice and support than he, yet I was being billed fairly. Thank you for all you have done for me, I am so grateful!

I hired Lynette Philip this Fall to help with a prenuptial agreement. My now husband had the prenuptial agreement drawn up already, and I needed to secure my own legal representation to review the agreement and make some changes. I had a meeting with Lynette and she assured me she could meet my dead...line. I needed to have the agreement completed within a month or so. Previous attorneys I had spoken with had previous commitments, but Lynette gave me specific dates about when she would be on vacation, when she would be in court, and when the information would be completed. Lynette missed every self-imposed deadline. She used all of the retainer money before I'd even received a first draft of the revised agreement. It seemed like the time required, and her costs, escalated once she received my financial information. By this point I was financially invested and needed to get this completed prior to our wedding date. Otherwise I would have fired her. I had to micro-manager her and her staff, calling and emailing countless times, to get the work that I had paid for. It took 2 1/2 months to get work completed that she had assured me would take less than 30-days. Her final costs to revise the agreement were almost the same as my husband's attorney, who drafted the original agreement. She even went so far as to send a final invoice for $200, for undocumented work, after we had paid her in full. I would strongly recommend NOT working with Lynette Philip.

I found Lynette on a Thursay, she met with me on a Sat. I had a divorce mediation on Monday. My ex husband is an Atty as well and he had money and resources that I didnt have. He was trying to sue me for money to be spiteful. Lynette would not let he or his atty take advantage of me.He got nothing. T...hank you Lynette.

Mrs. Korb was very personable but as an attorney I was not impressed. During my case Mrs. Korb was not aggressive enough and didn't know the law well enough to help me protect my children from an abusive, addictive father. Several restraining orders with no validity, and thousands of dollars later an...d nothing to help me protect my children. Every time we stepped into court I walked out with nothing and my ex walked away with everything. She would promise to do something and never follow through with it. Beware.
