Carolyn L Larson

Carolyn joined Dunn Carney in February 2006. She comes to the firm with experience in real estate, business, estate planning, regulatory, and transportation law.  Carolyn assists individuals with estate planning, probate, business and real estate needs.  She works with small and large companies on property, financing and contractual matters. She has frequently participated in transactions with cities and other governmental entities involving real estate or transportation-related matters. Past local projects include the "rails-to-trails" conversion of the Springwater Corridor and the pedestrian walkway across the lower level of the Steel Bridge in Portland.

Prior to coming to Dunn Carney,  Carolyn was a shareholder with Kilmer, Voorhees & Laurick P.C. For the first part of her legal career, she served as in-house counsel for Union Pacific Railroad Company.  "Railroad law" remains an important part of her practice.
