Biography
I currently work as a legal counsel in LG International Corp. based in Seoul, Korea.
I was born in Korea, but grew up living in Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and in the US. Having attended international schools helped me see things from a very global perspective from early on and this has become quite natural for me. In addition, after years of living abroad and after passing the bar in DC, I was required to go back to Korea to serve in the military for two years where I was a military police in the air force. Adjusting to the new life was difficult, but thought me my lessons including discipline which I believe you can only learn in the military.
Working at LG International Corp. allows me utilize this global perspective I have because my job tends to require me to travel to many different countries such as Indonesia, China, Phillipines, Russia, Australia, and the US for various energy and resource projects and also for dispute resolutions.
