In the famous case, Hustler Magazine v Flawell, the United States Supreme Court unanimously ruled that parody of a public figure is protected under the 1st Amendment. This is the case if the parody is outrageous, "doubtless gross and repugnant," and even if it was designed to inflict emotional distress.

Residential real property law in OH, fallen tree, who's responsibility is it to clear and clean up

If the tree was clearly within your neighbor's property, it would be their responsibility. However, if they do not cooperate and clean it up within a reasonable time period, you are entitled to get the tree cleared and sue them in small claims court for the clean up and repairs.

Under WA state employment laws can an employer reduce an employee's salary

Usually, it helps the prosecutor make his case for harsher punishment for statements from family members - especially if they have witnessed acts of violence. You should ask the city attorney this question.
