    The other party is still responsible. If the damages are under $7500, you can sue them in small claims court.

    Robert is correct. Call your insurance co and they will do the investigation and work to track down the other insurance co

    You can get compensation for your economic damages; medical expenses, property damage, lost wages, but you are not eligible for pain and suffering damages.

    Short answer is yes, you are liable. Hopefully, the police will take action against the owner of the car for the other violations you mention.

    Yes, it is possible. A police officer can stop 2 drivers at the same time and ticket them both.

    Pamela is correct. You can only attend traffic school once every 18 months and avoid a point on your DMV record.

    You can switch lawyers any time. However, maybe you should ask for an in person meeting with your lawyer so he/she can explain the process to you.

    If Target was negligent in their placement of the wood, and placed it in a way that would cause it to fall, they are liable for your injury.

    You are eligible for traffic school if you have not taken traffic school in the last 18 months. Depending on the county, you can take it online. Check with your court clerk to see if you can take it online.

    make a demand to the insurance company for the full bills, and pain and suffering. the type of problem you are now having is why it makes sense to get a lawyer for claims like this. insurance companies are snakes in the grass and they will do everything to pay you as little as possible.
