Randi Jayne Rabinowitz

Randi J. Rabinowitz concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial lending (including asset-based, construction and real estate loans) and real estate related transactions.  Ms. Rabinowitz has experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions and has represented the firm's clients in general corporate and real estate matters.

Recently, Ms. Rabinowitz has represented:

• a privately held company in a $25 million senior secured credit facility, involving both domestic and foreign entities, and a $15 million mezzanine facility
• a real estate developer in the diligence and negotiation to purchase a defaulted $60 million note and loan documents secured by a newly constructed hotel property
• a privately owned hospitality group in a $575 million senior loan secured by various hotel properties, with mezzanine debt in excess of $532 million
• a private equity investor in extending a $10 million warehouse line of credit for purpose of extending automobile loans
• various other lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate, acquisition, development and construction finance transactions

As a law student, Ms. Rabinowitz served as an intern for the US Attorney's Office, Bankruptcy Division.  During law school, she clerked for the Honorable M. Faith Angell, of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Rabinowitz is a volunteer for the Support Center for Child Advocates, merging her knowledge of social work and law. Additionally, she serves as a mentor to a Philadelphia high school student through the Philadelphia Futures Sponsor-a-Scholar High School Program.

Ms. Rabinowitz was selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
