Client Review:
Paul served as in-house General Counsel while I was CEO of ShareBuilder up until its sale in 2007. He continues to serve as its GC today. He has an excellent grasp of legal principles across a broad range of areas, with particularly high level of knowledge in securities law, corporate finance, patent and trademark law and brokerage compliance. Paul is careful, thorough and has extremely good judgment and as his client, i found it a pleasure to work with him.
