Paul served as in-house General Counsel while I was CEO of ShareBuilder up until its sale in 2007. He continues to serve as its GC today. He has an excellent grasp of legal principles across a broad range of areas, with particularly high level of knowledge in securities law, corporate finance, patent and trademark law and brokerage compliance.
