Posted by Matthew Drake, a Employment client,
Mr. Masinter, along with Mr. Nick Woodfield, Mr. R. Scott Oswald, and the Employment Law Group successfully represented me in a five year whistleblower/employment case against my employer, a U.S. Government Agency. Attorneys are like physicians in that when you need a specialist, you want the best. The ELG may be expensive, but I have found that you get what you pay for when it comes to representation.
Our case took five years to litigate against the Agency and the Merit Systems Protection Board. Ultimately, my case went before the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and we won a precedent setting decision. Mr. Masinter assisted on my case which led to increased protections for federal workers. While at the ELG, he was working in a demanding environment of outstanding attorneys that specialize in employment law.
Mr. Masinter was always very responsive to my phone calls and emails. Most importantly, I always felt that Mr. Masinter cared about me as both a person and a client. When I first came to the ELG, I was beaten down an almost at the breaking point. Mr. Masinter's demeanor and responsiveness really supported me and allowed me to keep going. Thanks Max.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Masinter.
