It looks from your post that you are at Fort Hood. Do you have a dependent ID card? If so, you need to go speak with the Fort Hood Legal Assistance Office, you should be able to reach them at 254-287-7901. AR 608-99, Chapter 2 outlines the amount of support a soldier is required to pay a spouse while the parties are separated but not yet divorced. The exact amount varies depending on the service member's rank and how many other dependents (children) exist. The LAO can give you an exact...

Army Regulation 608-99, Chapter2 covers support obligations of soldiers. The regulation establishes a certain amount per month, based on rank, which a soldier must pay to support his or her family in the case of separation or divorce. However, 608-99 only applies in situations where there is no other written support agreement or court order in place. It appears based on the information that you provided that there is a written support order/court order establishing that your ex-husband must...
As your commander, he has a broad range of punishments available to him for DWI arrest. However, in order to bar you from reenlistment, he has to go through a very specific process that allows you opportunities to comment on and then appeal the decision. Go to your Legal Assistance Office and seek help from one of the JAG attorneys. Without his name it is unlikely that you will be able to obtain any of his military records. Military personnel records (MPR) are kept at the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, Missouri. They keep track of approximately 70 million separate records. Certain basic information is needed in order to process any request, for example, complete name used while in service, service number or social security number, branch of service, dates of service, and/or date and place of birth. You...
I am unclear what the purpose is of the present board. Is it an appeal of the Med Board? Regardless, in order to obtain disability benefits from the VA you must apply. You will need to submit a VA Form 21-526, which can be obtained from any VA office. You will also need to include a copy of your DD 214. You will only receive compensation for injuries or diseases that happened while on active duty, or were made worse by active military service. You can find more information about VA...
