    I agree with the first answer. Make sure that you have proof of damages as well as the contacts to the LL so you have proof of notice.

    In this situation you would need to contact an Attorney to assist you since she will not do this willingly. You would need a Real Estate Attorney in your area.

    Yes, but you need to prove that he actually was the one who caused the damages which will be very difficult.

    If your mother had a will it would be probated in the county that she resided. You need to go to the Registers of Wills at the county courthouse and have a search done for the document.
