Outcome: Four charges of drug use dismissed

Description: Client had five specifications of wrongful use of various drugs, arising from three separate urinalyses. I litigated the issue of consent to the three urinalyses. The military judge granted my motions to suppress the results of two of the three urinalyses. After the conditional guilty plea, Client spent 10 days in local confinement before his mom took him home.
