Unemployment benefits untill aproved for SS disability.

The problem with collecting unemployment and filing for disability is that the two are inconsistent. When you file for unemployment benefits, you are representing that you are ready, willing and able to work. However, when you apply for Social Security Disability benefits, you are alleging that you are unable to work. There is a good chance that his unemployment claim would be denied anyway since he suffers from disabling medical impairments.
