What would appropriate action/resolution be when process server lied to court on a sworn affidavit of service?

Service of Process is governed by RCW 4.28.080. Personal service requires that service be effected "by leaving a copy of the summons at the house of his or her usual abode with some person of suitable age and discretion then resident therein." Leaving the summons and complaint on the doorstep is not sufficient. see Weiss v.
