    Brian’s Answer

The prior answer was correct. In mediation any legal and non-legal topics may be discussed. It is important to note that no one can force you to talk about something in mediation against your will. I can tell that you are frustrated at needing to return to mediation, and perhaps also concerned that the other side may be seeking to change your original agreement. I always recommend that parties seek legal counsel before attending a mediation in order to understand your legal rights and plan for a productive session.
