Anthony John Kerschbaum

Doesnt offer a retainer fee agreement, he says one amount than changes it, shows up late for court. Doesn't put effort into the case. We find most of everything we need for court, doesn't make phone calls always text messages. He doesn't text weeks at a time. I don't know where to go from here, he wa...nts thousands of dollars and never gives a receipt. Please talk to your lawyer and find out whats going on and where is the money going, if his clients are doing all the work.

I hired "Tony" to help me start a custody case, he showed up an hour late to our first meeting, and anywhere from 20-45 minutes to all of our other meetings. I gave him a $1500 retainer, he never gave me a retainer agreement or contract. He never started the case or even filed a motion and then he st...opped picking up my calls. He took advantage of me, took my money and ran! I have no idea how this man still has his license.

We hired this guy, he took $10,000 in cash, never offered a retainer fee agreement, never put the funds into a clients trust account, split the fee with another attorney with out a written agreement. We let him go to avoid a conviction, the new attorney, (expensive) had everything dropped against me,... because I was innocent. The time this guy waisted done harm to the case and didn`t do what he promised, then flip flopped. I paid for work he could have done for me, the notes he provided to me were gibbirish. The Lawyers Board of Resonsibility found him to be in violations of fee agreements, fund misappropiation. I was able to take him to Conciliation Court, he agreed to refund some money, then Defaulted on the Judgement, and wont return calls. Look up his history, case files, anyone who has so many irresponsible issues, look somewhere else. The people I know who hired him regret it.

Anthony Kerschbaum is a deceitful, lazy, unintelligent criminal defense attorney. He gets totally intimidated by the opposition. I was totally innocent, but im disabled and had no choice but to accept a plea agreement. Mr. Kerschbaum went against our contract and asked for more money. The plea agreem...ent states Mr. Kerschbaum has to keep up with me and help me obtain employment. He defies the court and hasn't returned my calls in three months. He let my small misdemeanor case drag on for 14 months. Hes a very poor advocate. He let the court order a rule 20 without any argument. Don't be tempted on his initial fee. He asks innocent people like me take plea deals so he doesn't have to do the work in court. He is a total nightmare. A person in trouble has to be able to trust his attorney. Kerschbaum can't be trusted. I complained to the board and the court and no one cares. Its beyond sad.
