Outstanding result
Ken was successful in getting a criminal matter resolved without any record . Very impressed.

unproffesional
After engaging Ken to take care of a legal matter and making the first payment, it took at least 7 calls and 2 emails to get him to call back. After that call back, he was more interested in his time and charge rate as opposed to being of service to his client.
