Jed I. Oliver

Since childhood, I have had a passion for fairness, and have always worked toward that end for my clients.  I am fond of JFK's statement, "Do not negotiate from weakness or fear, but negotiate from strength."  I graduated from undergrad with a degree in Business with a concentration in finance.  Since I graduated from law school my focus has been on how to apply my education and strengths, skills and efforts, to protecting the interests of individual clients of all stations in life, whether they be babies, children, young adults, and those in their adult family lives.  I have never been timid about going to trial, but I know that those who enter agreements fare better in their future for they have architected their lives to some  degree rather than have had a judge impose limitations upon their personal lives.
