My mother hired this attorney to write her will and settle my father's estate. My father died in 2004 and she did not get assigned as executor of his estate until we fired Attny Whitaker (in 2010) and hired a new lawyer. Attny. Whitaker offered to send documents to Mellon for my mother to get the pro...ceeds of stocks my father had but did not send in the documents. Meanwhile the stocks lost value and Mr. Whitaker told me that he had sent the documents when he had not sent them. He repeatedly failed to respond to e-mails or phone calls.
