Customer review: In september of 2007 I was 16 years old and got arrested for Taking Motor Vehicle Without Permission, Theft of a Firearm, Residential Burglury w/ firearm enhancement, and Drive-By Shooting. (I was addicted to DXM and going through a really rough time). I got declined on and was to be prosecuted as an adult. I had a 50,000 dollar bail. I spent time in the Spokane County Jail. The day after Kari got appointed to my case she got an order that would let me be held in juvenile detention on jail-hold. She eventually got me out on EM (electronic monitoring). After 4 months on EM, and 6 months in custody all together, Kari got my case transferred back to the juvenile division. She told me, in any given year there are about 60 juveniles that get declined on and 2 of them get back into juvenile. She is amazing and i would recommend her over any paid attorney. She really knows her stuff. Thank god for Kari or I would be serving an 8 year prison sentence in adult prison. Instead, Im on JUVENILE probation for 18 months.
