Probably not a case, unless the physician specifically assured you of a favorable outcome. The scars you mention are typically viewed as risks of the laser surgery you underwent. In addition, the practical reality is that most jurors (and therefore most insurance companies) don't view what is essentially cosmetic surgery in a way that assists patients.
