Can you present new evidence in a Motion For Reconsideration to a Small Claims Judgement in Spokane, WA?

Asked by a user in Spokane, WA - about 3 years ago.

On reconsideration, the Court should not allow the evidence unless the other sid ecan show that it was discovered after the trial and could not have been discovered at the time. You should focus on the fact it was available to the other side during the hearing and they chose not to present it. Ask the Court to exclude it on that basis.
