Frederick Joseph Dullanty Jr

I have over 39 years of experience in land use, water rights, environmental, real property, and municipal law. Prior to entering private practice, I was employed for six years by the City of Spokane as an Assistant City Attorney.

I represent both developers and citizen groups in all aspects of land use matters including representation before courts and governmental agencies. I have extensive experience with commercial development, shoreline regulation, subdivision development, real property leasing, and purchase and sale agreements. I have also been active in growth management on behalf of my clients and the development industry.
