Remember, anything you post on the internet NEVER EVER NEVER goes away. You are advised to not discuss this set of alleged facts on this site or any site EVER. Contact an experienced lawyer who has been admitted to the Federal Court in your area. Do not trust anything you read on the internet as to your concerns. The government fishes FACEBOOK and other social media sites for information and will use your posts against you.

RCW 26.09.430 through 26.09.480 are the Statutes associated with moving when it involves a child. I would, in an abundance of caution, advise you follow the terms of these Statutes by giving proper legal notice of your intent to move. You should be able to read the statutes on the internet, or seek the advice of a lawyer who could review the law and the facts with you in a more proper setting. You do not want to give the dad any ammunition with any court as to your behavior.
You always have the right to know about your own case. I suggest you make and keep an appointment with your PD, review the reports, review any statutes you are alleged to have broken, review the jury instructions for the crime(s), and perhaps seek and pay for an opinion from a private lawyer in your area. Good luck to you.
