About Me

I am the attorney for the Yakima Valley Landlords Association. I am the attorney for several property management firms.   I have been the attorney for a local title insurance company for over 30 years.  I have substantial experience in unlawful detainers (evictions),  real estate transactions, foreclosures and forfeitures.  My office prepares numerous real estate documents - deeds, real estate contracts, promissory notes, deeds of trust, easements, common well agreements, road maintenance agreements and similar documents.

My practice also includes estate planning - the preparation of Wills, Durable Powers Of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Community Property Agreements, when appropriate. I am also experienced in probate and various documents which may avoid probate.

I am a former High School Debate coach.
