Worst lawyer ever

I retained Mr. Taroski to represent me, and my compay in a civil matter in 2010. He regularly missed court appearance, didn't file paperwork on time and wouldn't answer or respond to emails. Do to him not meeting time lines with the court I was fined, and had to pay fees to the defendants attorney. W...hen I terminated him he refused to give me my files back, which lead to me filing a complaint with the Washington State Bar Association. Mr. Taroski admitted to his failures and enter into an agreement with the WSBA. One of the requirements the WSBA required of him was to pay the fines levied against me and my company. To this day Mr. Taroski has not paid me the monies I am out for the fees. It's been well over a year since he was ordered to do so. Unfortunately WSBA didn't put a time frame on when these fines needed to be reimbursed. Due to his lack of professionalism one of the defendants were removed from our case, and the case drugged on, for an extended length of time, which in turned created more stress and expense for me, and my company.
