Wade started off by winning my DOL hearing and then got the prosecutor to reduce my case to an infraction! I wasn't convicted of any crime. I just paid the infraction and that was it. No jail, no license suspension, no conviction, no alcohol treatment.

He set up a witness interview at the prosecutor's office and got the cop to admit that he broke the law while investigating my case. The prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case after the interview!
