Upon speaking with Mr. Edwards, I knew right away that he knew what he was talking about and would be of great help to my husband and me as we looked to collect upon a court awarded debt incurred by/through/from a previous (rental property) tenant. Mr. Edwards took the time to speak with me (via phone consultation due to being an active duty military family away from the Olympia, WA area) and explain how we needed to proceed with collecting the funds already awarded.
