IN SUMMER 09 I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT; I WAS REAR ENDED BY THE DRIVER OF A WELL-KNOWN TAXI COMPANY. OUR FIRST LAWYER TOOK THE CASE AND WORKED ON IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE JUST GIVING UP COMPLETELY. As if our April 21 2009 auto accident wasnt traumatic enough, we had never had the need to find a lawyer before. Once we found Mr. Briggs, we knew we had made the right choice. He told us up front that it would be a lengthy process, and that we would have to be patient. His counsel and guidance made this experience as pain-free and quick as possible. He got us a settlement that we were very happy with, and was up front and honest all the way through. His staff, especially paralegal Barb Summerlin, were all friendly and helpful as well.

He worked hard to get me what I deserved after a kid pulled out in front of me and totaled my car and sent me to the hopital. He also fought the insurance company from taking most of the money from the settelment. He kept me informed the whole time and even sent me things in the mail so I didnt have to keep going to his office to sign pappers. So over all he fights hard for you and makes things as easy as posible for you.

I got into a car accident about 16 months ago. i had never been in an accident and my insurance company acted like they didn't want to help me. My sister took me to Briggs and Briggs because she had use them before and was served very well. it was my first real experience with an attorney's office and a case. I think we've all heard the stereotypes of lawyers. Well thank God Mr. Briggs was not one. I really wasn't sure of what action to after my car accident. I had
persistent pain that only increased as time went on. My husband actually was the one to find the office in the phone book . He was a tremendous help to us. There are many proffessions in which it obvious that it is merely a duty but there is no care for the service being offered. This was not my experience.
