Since I have been separated for more than 11 years will my divorce still take 6 months to finalize?

If both parties agree, the case can be finalized after the ninety-day waiting period. If the parties cannot settle their differences, mediation to see if an agreement can be reached is an option. Absent agreement of the parties, the case may take longer to finalize.
