If it was a two car accident and the other driver is deemed to be at fault, you should hire a lawyer and open a claim. If it was a one car accident, or you were deemed to be the at fault driver in a two car accident, contact your agent to find out if any coverage you or your family has will apply.
The only available option at this late juncture is to pay the $3000 “cash only” bail. Then, if you’re open to the idea, you could show up in Clark County with your boyfriend, on his Clark County Court date and tell his Attorney that you have no objection to the bail being credited against the outstanding fines.

No. Statute of Limitations only applies to how long they have to set a Court date. Once a Court date is set, if the person “no shows” the warrant tolls the time period forever. Law Office of Thomas A. Balerud 417 S. G Street Tacoma, WA 98405 T: 253.573.1111 F: 253.573.1115
