    Description:
    Attorney for petitioner in a guardianship did not present an order of guardianship in compliance with RCW 11.88.100 and .105. Letters of guardianship were issued. Guardian stole over $225,000. Court of Appeals interpreted RCW 11.88.100 and .105 and held that attorney for the petitioner/guardian owed a duty to the incapacitated person. A lawsuit could be maintained against the attorney for legal malpractice.
