2 DUIs within 3 months - No Jail Time
    Description:
Client received two DUI charges within months of each other and was looking at 30 days in jail, 60 days of house arrest and years of license suspension. After substantial investigation, I was able to convince the prosecutor that the second DUI would likely be dismissed due to improper investigation on the part of the arresting officer.
