    Criminal Defense
    Date:
    Jun 14, 2007
    Outcome:
Not Guilty verdict in under 15 minutes.
    Description:
This case in particular the Jury scolded the prosecutor for "wasting our time and tax payor money." The Judge had previously allowed the case to go forward because the prosecutor had a solid case. Just shows what a good trial attorney can do.
  • DUI reduced and dismissed

    Practice Area:
    DUI & DWI
    Outcome:
    Dismissal
    Description:
Client had a standard DUI. However, she came to me early so I was able to guide her into activities that would impress the Judge. I raised sufficient legal issues such that the prosecutor reduced it to a non-DUI charge. On a non-DUI a Judge can, although they rarely do, defer sentence--that is make it so the case can be dismissed. Because my client had already done everything I asked, the Judge dismissed the case that same day!
