Part of trial team defending antitrust price fixing action arising out of the Bristol Bay, Alaska, commercial salmon fishery. The plaintiffs were a class of fishermen who sold raw salmon to the defenda ... nts, a number of seafood processing companies. Each side alleged the other committed a number of antitrust violations in furtherance of a conspiracy to fix the prices at which the raw salmon were sold to the processors. If such price-fixing allegations were found to be true, it would be a per se violation of section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. s 1. Analyzed pricing information and fish deliveries of fishermen, and prepared summaries for lead trial counsel.
