Michelle represented me by court appointment. She never kept me informed and never attended meetings with myself and the county investigators. She informed me that her and the prosecutor came to a plea agreement, but in court the prosecutor had no idea about the plea agreement. I had about 6k in legal fees and she doesn't deserve a dime.

Did not keep me informed, was to busy with other cases to handle mine. Temporary orders lasted 18 months, because of her lack of interest in my case.

This woman encouraged me to sign a plea bargain agreeing to an exeptional sentence of one year confinement in wccw. The high end of the standard sentencing range was only 9 months. It was my first offense. I was never offered a first time offender plea bargain. etc. etc... lame duck
