Kascha Elizabeth Krug

Kascha was hands down the worst lawyer I have ever worked with. She literally filed no paperwork for us despite multiple requests, and was incapable of even getting a contempt charge filed against my Ex after he refused to return my daughter to me (I’m the custodial parent). After spending thousand...s of dollars we learned that she hadn’t filed any of the paperwork she claimed she was filing. Further, she would frequently tell us she was sending us paperwork, or that it was already sent…only to learn she had never sent it. I wish I had the time to file something with the bar about this, as I thought it was frankly unethical. Each billed session ended up being more about her take on child psychology and what she thought my Ex was up to rather than focusing on the legal issues in my case. This isinitially seemed nice, like she was really interested. But after realizing she wasn’t doing any work legally for us (although she claimed she was) it was just insulting. I couldn’t be less satisfied.

Ms. Krug is a hard worker. She often goes above and beyond the call of duty. Leaves no stone unturned. Uncanny in her intuitiveness. A fantastic human being. She cares deeply about family law issues. She will give you an education in family law and your individual needs. This is a 'top shelf council ...I would recommend to anyone with any family law issue. If Ms. Krug has the slightest doubt on an issue? She will find the answer. She is very well respected among her peers and coleages (spell)
