I recently sought the services of Melinda Grout to prepare my Will, my Durable Power of Attorney and my Healthcare Directive. She listened and ask detailed questions. She then prepared these documents to reflect my intentions and specific wishes. In reviewing them she answered all my questions to my ...satisfactory clarification. I am confident that they are understandable and will be easy for my loved ones to follow my end of life wishes. I am grateful for the personalized attention I was given.

She was very rude. I brought my mom in to sign final paperwork. She asked my mom, whom had just left the hospital, if she had time to review the mailed documents. My mom replied "no, not really" and Melinda said well, it's everything we talked about and was eagerly trying to get her to sign. I told... her I felt like she was rushing her. Melinda turned to me and said she was ofeneded by what I said and she asked me to leave. When I refused she reviewed the two page addendum and turned to me and said "happy now?" ( I'm pretty sure that's what she was being paid for, not sure where the additude came from?)
