Outcome: Not Guilty on both Charges

Description: Criminal charges of DUI-Refusal and Obstruction. Prior to his arrest, the State alleged he failed 3 Sobriety Tests, and refusal to be arrested which added the charge of Obstructing A Law Enforcement Officer. Due to my clients feeling of being mistreated by the arresting officer at the time of arrest, he refused to provide a breath sample at the station. These 2 charges caused my client to face up to 2 years in jail and fine of 10,000.00.
