Anthony was able to settle my DUI charge with great results. In addition, he was later able to get an early disposal for me, by modifying my original agreement with the prosecution (great follow through!). I left feeling like I did not pay him what he was worth to me for his help in this matter.

I was in over my head and feeling frightened. Mr.Howard was worth his fee. I found him to be all of the above mentioned characteristics and more. He has a very rounded perceptive of the law. Not only is he a defense attorney but he is also a Judge.

I used Mr. Howard for defense of a Anti-Harassment/Protection Order, that would have had consequences, had it been granted. He used and permitted my wife and I the necessary time, with him in his office, to get completely familiar with our case, enabling him to know all the facts and provide us with the best defense possible. I, unfortunately, have had the need for and have used 4 or 5 private attorney's in the Everett area over the last 20 years, and I am by far, the happiest with his attentiveness to our case and overall competence, versus other attorney's that I've literally spent thousands of dollars on. Unfortunately for Mr. Howard, this recent case I used him for certainly was not a money maker for him, however, he more than earned every dollar I was required to give him, to a point of myself almost feeling guilty of how much time he put into our case. Mr. Howard is extremely bright, young, enthusiastic, and would certainly be a prime choice for anybody needing a lawyer in his expertise. I am confident that he would provide anybody with the most competent representation that they could get out of most any attorney in the greater Everett area. I recently had a bout scheduled with the Lynwood Municipal Court due to an alleged DUI with a breathalyzer refusal charge. The refusal charge was completely bogus and I was pretty hot about everything. I needed to find the best possible Attorney to represent me.

Typically representation = plea agreement; a task not requiring much, if any, litigation skill. I did not want that. Having an Attorney without serious litigation experience is like having a “weapon” for defense, with no ammunition… and most prosecutors know who poses the biggest adversarial threat.

I found myself in desperate need of an attorney; my case found me facing serious charges which would impact my life and professional career long term.
I was extremely impressed with Mr. Howard’s professionalism along with his appearance and demeanor.
Mr. Howard gave me excellent legal guidance which allowed me to feel comfortable in making very difficult choices, his knowledge of the legal system, the Judges and the Prosecutors gave me the confidence to decide between plea bargaining or ultimately going to trial, which I chose to do. I do not believe I could have made the choice to go forward to trial if not for my confidence in Mr. Howard and his knowledge and abilities as an attorney.
My trial ended in dismissal the best possible outcome.

From the moment I walked into Anthony's office for consultation on my step son's case I felt relieved. Anthony did a great job on my case. This was by no means a straight forward or simple case. His knowledge of statute and law, as well as his due diligence were key factors to our success in this matter. I would highly recommend Anthony and will most definitely use him again if needed.

When our daughter called us from Snohomish County jail in 2008 we didn't know what to do. The charges were very serious and she faced several felony counts and the potential for many years in jail, if convicted. Right away Anthony worked wonders by getting our daughter out on bail - even after it had already been set at 75k, he was able to reduce it to 10k. Anthony was totatlly commited to her case and worked wonders in getting her a great deal. During the entire time, Anthony kept us up to date on what was going on and where things were headed. Even when our daughter skipped trial and made things worse, Anthony stood by her until we finally managed to get before a judge (almost 1 year later). On the day of her sentencing Anthony managed to convince the judge that his proposal was the best thing for our daughter who needed treatment for drugs and alcohol instead of time behind bars. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out for our daugher thanks to Anthony's hard work!!!

Like Salesmen, Lawyers may have a stigma about them in the sense that you get what you pay for and not a penny more - There is no emotion in their actions but that is only because they are run of the mill, Not good nor bad but there just to be the middle man and take your money. Lets face it you wouldn't be reading reviews if you didn't care who represented you in front of a judge or jury. YOU want your moneys worth and you want to win.

Mr. Howard is not like most lawyers I have only dealt with four or five lawyers in my time and so far I can honestly say that Anthony Howard may possibly be in a class of his own. He handled my case in the most professional manner and actually cared about the outcome - LOOK im running out of space here but let me just say that Anthony Howard is a great person and in his line of work for the right reasons. Give him a chance, even if that is just a phone call and I promise you wont be disappointed.

Anthony did a fantastic job handling my case! It was long and difficult and emotional, but he stayed motivated, tactful and aggressive the entire time. He kept me in the loop about everything that was going on for almost an entire year. The trial itself lasted a full week and he was on the ball for the whole thing.
