Description: My client was charged with four counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree, with an aggravating factor of a prolonged period of abuse. If convicted, the State would recommend that my client be sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in prison, and a maximum of life. The trial lasted one week, the jury deliberated for 2 & 1/2 hours, and found my client NOT GUILTY of all counts.
