Is there anything I can do as a renter about a landlord who is on the property every day invading our privacy?

To provide a little guidance in response to your question, a tenant does have a reasonable right to privacy and enjoyment and use of the leased premises, subject to certain restrictions which are identified in Washington's Residential Landlord Tenant Act (RCW 59.18.150).
