I had gone to Leen & O'Sullivan six months ago. I had a specific problem I needed addressed. I knew there would be a time lag with regard to resolving my problem, but after six months without any contact, I tried to contact David Leen.
The standard response when calling Leen & O'Sullivan, is Mr. Leen is out of the office. Leaving a message on voice mail gets zero response, as well as emails. Let the office personnel your getting angry, and David will then call you back.
Now about Leen & O'Sullivan, work. I have discovered that a letter that they were hired to write and send never happened. David Leen has given multiple excuses as to why it was not done, and refuses to even admit he dropped the ball. Any one of his excuses, if legit, should have resulted in contact with me. But the only contact from Leen & O'Sullivan, was a monthly billing email, only when there was a charge to the retainer.

David is very knowledgeable, fair, and has a good balance and understanding on all sides of the issue(s)--helps in making the right decisions. A pleasure to work with over the past 4 years.
