Outcome: PCHB affirmed water right changes for University

Description: Washington State University obtained changes to six water rights serving its campus located in Pullman, Washington. An individual property owner and two nonprofit organizations appealed to the Washington Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB), asserting numerous challenges to the University's water rights.
