After almost 30 years as both an in-house bank lawyer and with his own firm practicing banking law, Alan joined the Financial Services practice at Stokes Lawrence. Alan represents financial institutions in all aspects of commercial lending, including unique experience representing banks in tax-exempt bond financing.
