Outcome: life sentence commuted, subesquent successful PRP and all charges dismissed.

Description: successfully petitioned Washington State Gov. Gary Locke in 2005 to grant Commutatiion of life sentence of former police offier client and release client based on new evidence that client was not guilty of rape charges. Subsequently filed personal restraint petition presenting new evidence of innocence in the court of appeals prevailing on 10/13/09.
